Therapy in Altadena, CA
For Altadena residents, Cynthia Greenburg-Dunlop provides counseling for grief (including non-death loss), trauma, and anxiety.
I care a lot about Altadena and the residents of this beautiful town that has been through so much. You might be dealing with grief and that can be yes, for a person, and it also can be for a place, a feeling, how the world is not the world you once knew. You might be struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, the impact of trauma, or the entertainment industry and the challenges it presents. Whether it's none of the above or all of the above, I am here for it.I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering telehealth therapy to individuals and couples from Altadena, in-person in Old Town, Pasadena and throughout all of California via Telehealth. My approach embodies compassion, care, inclusivity and sensitivity. I'm direct and able to offer insight kindess and compassion. I'm trained in EMDR and EFT and if that doesn't mean anything to you, that's okay! Suffice it to say I've learned quite a bit about how trauma inpacts the mind, body and spirit and I've also come to learn how much we need to feel secure within the relationships that matter most to us.
Whatever came before does impact the now. When we talk about that? That's when we start moving towards solution.Cynthia Greenburg-Dunlop Therapy
